We have an immediate opening for an IT Specialist at our Coldwater, Ohio facility.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Monitoring and maintaining network servers
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
• Creating user accounts and performing access control
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Schedule:

• This is the ideal schedule, but open to discussion:
• Monday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Additional times as needed

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field is preferable.
• Experience with the following:
  • Windows 
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Adobe Suite
  • Multi-Site Networking
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Effective project management skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and stand-alone depending on the project.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs at times
• Manual dexterity as needed to operate and utilize a variety of equipment and tools
