Not a morning person?  No problem!  We're currently seeking a friendly, positive Help Desk Agent for our 11 AM to 7 PM shift.  This position is responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and online chats from customers seeking help with orders or questions about our products.  

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and online chats with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Assist customers with placing orders and tracking order status.
• Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Enter customer data and other relevant order information.
• Inform customers about services and products available.
• Ability to simultaneously handle calls, chats, and emails.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 11:00a-7:00p

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prior Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and proficient in typing for online chat support.
• A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
